Features of the Traditional series
This reed allows an extremely pure sound. An extremely fine tip (ie, the most vibrant part of the reed), balanced by a very solid shank. These reeds are recognizable by a horizontal line at the cut. The result is a fine, ”crisp” articulation with a full, dark sound.
Uniform strength
All Vandoren reeds are tested with highly sensitive electronic measuring instruments and sorted. For the greatest possible security in ensuring that the contents of a package have no variation in thickness.
