The Meinl Drum Honey Assortment, which contains 12 damping pads of different sizes, changes both the drum and cymbal sound to a muted, warm tone. The amount of damping can be controlled as required. To achieve only slight damping, for example, you can place only the small gel pads (diameter: 1.5 cm) on the drumhead. If more damping is desired, the large gel pads (diameter: 3.5 cm) can be used together with the medium gel pads (diameter: 2.5 cm). In addition, the Drum Honeys can also be adhered to cymbals. No matter which surface they are applied to, the gel pads can be removed effortlessly. Indispensable for sessions, recordings and live use for optimal damping. The Drum Honeys can be washed with a drop of washing‑up liquid and water. Then simply leave them to air‑dry (no direct sunlight), and their stickiness will regenerate. The Meinl Drum Honey is non‑toxic.
