The modern, trashy sound of this set is the perfect way to integrate vintage, dry and trashy tones into your cymbal setup. It includes the 16″ Vintage Trash Crash and the 18″ Extra Dry Thin Crash. The Vintage Trash Crash is sandblasted, which dampens strong overtones and slightly softens the attack, giving the cymbal its gentle touch and transparent character. Due to its very thin weight and heavy hammering, the Extra Dry Thin Crash has a very direct attack and a short sustain. This dry, percussive sound sits the cymbal perfectly in the drum kit mix and even allows a quieter cymbal sound in smaller rooms. Both cymbals in this set are hand‑hammered in the Turkish tradition from B20 bronze.
