The Compressor Mini works in parallel compression mode – the original signal is mixed with the compressed signal so that the attack of the input signal is retained even with extreme compression – the Compressor Mini automatically optimises the balance between the direct and effect signal. There is also an integrated tone recovery circuit – with many compressor pedals, the effect signal loses treble with heavy compression – with the Compressor Mini this is automatically compensated for.
