The Schlagwerk Wooden Bongos WBM 100 are an independent combination of cajon and bongo set. The Wooden Bongos allow the same playing technique with fingers and hands as with ”normal” bongos. The player is rewarded with a warm, but very assertive strong sound on the hembra (the larger of the two drums) – while the macho can assert itself as a soloist. The wooden bongos are weatherproof, do not need to be tuned and also offer an inexpensive alternative to standard bongo sets.
