Product information ”Kluson MLV6LN Vintage Lockheads Nickel”
Vintage look and maximum tuning stability! The string is threaded through the horizontal hole in the post until it lies reasonably taut over the frets. Then you turn the small cylinder clockwise from above with a coin (5 euro-cent) to clamp it. A small pin inside the post then locks the string. After that you can tune. The ingenious thing about this tuner: if you loosen the cylinder again and keep turning it back, you eventually end up in the idle position. That means the cylinder can never fall off and be lost! And the mechanism of course also works without the clamp! Kluson MLV6LN Vintage Lockheads Nickel:
